This is nonsense, and unbiological nonsense at that. Apart from anything, doctors are increasingly aware of people with DSDs (NOT INTERSEX. STOP USING THAT WORD) and do *not* make surgical alterations without careful consultation with parents and sometimes even the person themselves at a later age.
