You'd need to provide a citation for that claim. Perhaps you mean cloning via nuclear transfer, but that has not been shown in humans to my knowledge (and there are serious doubts about the ethics). You're also describing the fusion of two X chromosomes. Shall we guess what sex any child produced from such a process would be? First answer only counts.
