I don't want to fuel any fires against you. (I do think those using the "sex is a spectrum" claim have not helped the trans community, because it's provably false; not a good way to win over the unconvinced, or potential allies.) I didn't think I'd implied that gender is something that gets chosen or changed. I think those waters are too deep for me at present.
