You're using gender and sex interchangeably. Don't do that. It betrays lazy, imprecise thinking.

Yes, it is, and your use of chromosomal examples and DSDs is the laziest imaginable resort to bad faith argument when the article I wrote explains why DSDs are an emphatic demonstration that sex is and remains binary.
